ARTWORK & DECORATION:

What type of art file should I send?

Vector based files are required (i.e. Adobe Illustrator .AI or .EPS files). These images can be scaled to any size without degradation. You want your logo to look as crisp and clear on your promo products as it does on your business card. However, don’t worry too much about it and send us what you have. Our professional graphic designers can work with and convert almost any type of artwork.

Can Blue Dragonfly design a logo for me?

Yes! We have a full-service art department that can design a high-quality logo or artwork to make you look like a star.

How can I send you my artwork?

You may either upload your artwork during checkout or send it to us after you receive your order confirmation. You’ll be sent a free virtual proof to approve before we print the product.

Can I specify a PMS or custom color for my imprint?

Yes, we provide PMS color-matching unless otherwise stated. If PMS color-matching is not possible on an item, the closest available color will be selected. One of our promotional product experts can help you select imprint colors that will lead to the best presentation of your artwork. For embroidery, we will select the embroidery thread color that most closely matches a specified PMS color. PMS color-matching may result in additional charges.

What is a virtual proof?

Our promotional products expert will email a free virtual proof (a digital preview of your artwork on the product) to ensure your complete satisfaction before we begin production. If you need to make changes we’ll work with you to get your artwork exactly the way you want it. Product customization, AKA “production”, will only begin when you are completely satisfied with your virtual proof, so you can be sure your promotional products will convey your branding message professionally and accurately!

Can I order in quantities smaller or larger than those shown on your website?

Most of the time the minimum quantity shown is the required minimum, although we encourage you to call if your requirements mean you need fewer items, so we can offer assistance if possible. If you need to order more than the maximum quantities shown please contact us, as additional discounts are available.

Is there a discount for large quantities?

Yes! The higher the quantity ordered the lower the price per piece will be.

I saw a product that I like on a competitor’s website. Can Blue Dragonfly get that item?

Most definitely. We can source over a million different promotional products. So if you’ve seen a product on another site, just ask. We’ll get it for you (and most likely save you money as well).

I placed an order online…now what?

One of our promotional product experts will be in contact with you promptly to guide you through the next steps and answer any questions you may have.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

How will my order be delivered?

We ship orders mainly via UPS and FedEx from our production facilities throughout the United States. We choose the carrier based on the products you’ve purchased, your address and the size and weight of your order. All orders ship via ground service unless an expedited method is requested by you to meet an event date. All quoted delivery costs are estimates.

I need my order FAST. Do you offer rush services?

Yes. Most items can be produced in 3 – 5 days after art/logo approval and many are available in just one day! Our promotional products experts will be glad to help you select the perfect product to meet your deadline or visit our BUZZ 24 RUSH page for products that can ship within 24 hours. Rush charges may apply.

Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?

Yes, simply call us at 1-800-467-9528 and specify multiple shipping addresses when placing your order. You’ll just need to supply the details and quantities for each destination (additional charges may apply). You will find this especially useful if you are exhibiting and you want your order to go straight to the venue.

Can I ship on my own shipping account?

In most cases yes. Just let us know (you’ll get an e-mail from us shortly after you place your order) and we’ll be happy to help. Note: There may be a third-party shipping fee.
